About me
Jill brings 21 years of experience in education and instructional leadership in urban and suburban Missouri and rural Illinois. She currently leads Carlinville’s district-wide instructional technology program, where she developed and launched the Technology Leadership Academy (TLA), a scalable and high-impact professional development model rooted in the Technology Integration Matrix. Jill specializes in designing tech-forward learning experiences that align with diverse instructional needs and believes in empowering teachers as the drivers of innovation. Her work centers on equity, sustainability, and creativity in edtech implementation.
